Spectators: 6768 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1768, VIP seats: 0) Dónal Kelly started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Annesbrook's Bean Rutherford played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Doney Taylor in the 3rd minute of play. Harvey McIan hit a great freekick 5 minutes into the match. Doney Taylor recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 6th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 24th minute of the match, Berrigan McVictor got a very nice opportunity to score, but Bean Rutherford was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. In the 26th minute, Doney Taylor got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Dónal Kelly came up free with the goalie in the 28th minute, the Annesbrook fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Dónal Kelly couldn't finish the play. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 31st minute of the game. One of Annesbrook:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Lismore FC:s goal. 38 minutes into the match, Lismore FC's goal looked a bit too open when Dónal Kelly came free, but Joseph McLian reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Joseph McLian took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Robert Palmer, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 42 played minutes Annesbrook got a freekick which was hit by Beamard Willson. Berrigan McVictor struck a weak shot in the 44th minute. Bean Rutherford didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Lismore FC. Beamard Willson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Joseph McLian having to interfere. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

After 54 played minutes Annesbrook got a freekick which was hit by Beamard Willson. An unexpectedly hard shot by Doney Taylor in the 55th minute of play forced Annesbrook's goalkeeper Bean Rutherford to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Robert Palmer fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Joseph McLian having to interfere. Artur McLiam's late challenge caught a Lismore FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Artur McLiam helped the player get up and apologised. Bean Rutherford didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Berrigan McVictor went, in the 63rd minute, to the upper right corner, 3-0 was the resulting score. In the 70th minute, Robert Palmer reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Joseph McLian. The goal made the score 3-1. Denny McLian hit a great freekick 73 minutes into the match. After 81 minutes, Beamard Willson mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Annesbrook and the Lismore FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 81 played minutes Annesbrook got a freekick which was hit by Beamard Willson. In the 84th minute, Berrigan McVictor made a precise shot to the right of Bean Rutherford. Annesbrook's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-1. If Dónal Kelly had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Doney Taylor in the 93rd minute of play forced Annesbrook's goalkeeper Bean Rutherford to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 94th minute, Beamard Willson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some fancy dribbling in the 95th minute, Doney Taylor managed to get in a good position for a shot. Lismore FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Doney Taylor was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Bean Rutherford breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The home crowd let out a huge roar when the referee blew for the end of the game. Lismore FC were victorious despite being under pressure from Annesbrook for much of the match.
