Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Bressal McJohn took the kick off in the first half of the match. Boroimhe Deery blasted a shot towards the goal in the 3rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Beanon McWilliam having to make a save. Peadair McMichel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 4th minute. Beanon McWilliam tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 11 minutes, Brendan Jameson mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Meelick AFC and the Tomfarney Utd players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Meelick AFC getting a freekick after 11 minutes play. Brendan Jameson hit a great ball. Boroimhe Deery could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 15th minute of the match, but Beanon McWilliam made a huge save. If Boroimhe Deery had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 27th minute, Peadair McMichel managed to get in a good position for a shot. Meelick AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Peadair McMichel was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Beanon McWilliam breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 29 minutes into the match, Brecc Palmer notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Meelick AFC's Bodibeua Cronin. Bodibeua Cronin was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Bodibeua Cronin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Devlin Colwell, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Tomfarney Utd's Beanon McWilliam played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Boroimhe Deery in the 35th minute of play. Peadair McMichel might have been able to make a better finish in the 38th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Beanon McWilliam. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Peadair McMichel ran back to his position shaking his head. The crowd rose to their feet as Boroimhe Deery kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Beanon McWilliam. That made the score 1-1 in the 40 minute of play. When Boroimhe Deery came up free with the goalie in the 44th minute, the Meelick AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Boroimhe Deery couldn't finish the play. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

52 minutes into the game, Bell Savic was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Tomfarney Utd's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Meelick AFC the free kick. If Peadair McMichel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Meelick AFC's Braden Deans got a good chance for a goal in the 56th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 60 minutes into the game, Tomfarney Utd's Bardan McWill nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Bodibeua Cronin made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2. After some fancy dribbling in the 67th minute, Boroimhe Deery managed to get in a good position for a shot. Meelick AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Boroimhe Deery was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Beanon McWilliam breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Braden Deans sent away a hard shot on goal in the 69th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 71st minute, Boroimhe Deery ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Beanon McWilliam was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-2. In the 73rd minute, Boroimhe Deery hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Bodibeua Cronin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Brecc Palmer in the 78th minute of play. If Peadair McMichel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. When Braden Deans came up free with the goalie in the 85th minute, the Meelick AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Braden Deans couldn't finish the play. Boroimhe Deery received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute. Beanon McWilliam tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 94 minutes into the game, Boroimhe Deery cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-2. Beanon McWilliam was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in.
