Tady Hutton's late challenge caught a Derry FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Tady Hutton helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Burnfort getting a freekick after 91 minutes play. Tady Hutton hit a great ball. After 95 played minutes Derry FC got a freekick which was hit by Quirk Delaney. In the 96th minute Scot Byrne shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bannon Doyle saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
