Spectators: 6765 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1765, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Oliver McJon got the match started through his kick off. Teobaldo Mikeldi recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 3rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Teobaldo Mikeldi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 4th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Oliver McJon received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 6th minute. Louie McAlphie tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Barran McSteven made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Teobaldo Mikeldi in the 9th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Warner ltd's Ferdia Callaghan got a free kick in the 12th minute. The supporters of Warner ltd booed when Ballyfarnan Utd was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 15 match minutes in a wonderful position. Breenan Keegan didn't get a good kick on the ball. Barran McSteven stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Teobaldo Mikeldi's shot from short distance in the 16th minute. Louie McAlphie was a little too slow when Suibhne Branson got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 20th minute. The score was now 1-0. Baird McSteve hit a great freekick 23 minutes into the match. After 25 minutes of play, Warner ltd's Teobaldo Mikeldi made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Barran McSteven was left in no man's land by his defense there! Quaid Frankson hit a great freekick 28 minutes into the match. Louie McAlphie was out of position in the 30 minute of play, and Breenan Keegan capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Breenan Keegan really showed his touch with that goal: 2-1. Sebastião Goiano fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Barran McSteven having to interfere. Andrew Rutherford's late challenge caught a Warner ltd's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Andrew Rutherford helped the player get up and apologised. In the 38th minute, one of Ballyfarnan Utd:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Ballyfarnan Utd. 41 minutes into the game, Beary McDonald was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Warner ltd's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Ballyfarnan Utd the free kick. Suibhne Branson's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Louie McAlphie read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 44th minute of play. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Teobaldo Mikeldi to strike the kick off in the second half. The crowd rose to their feet as Teobaldo Mikeldi kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Barran McSteven. That made the score 2-3 in the 51 minute of play. Teobaldo Mikeldi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 61st minute Oliver McJon shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Louie McAlphie saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Baird McSteve kicked well hit freekick during the 62nd minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Teobaldo Mikeldi in the 67th minute of play forced Ballyfarnan Utd's goalkeeper Barran McSteven to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 69 played minutes Ballyfarnan Utd got a freekick which was hit by Breenan Keegan. In the 74th minute Suibhne Branson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Louie McAlphie saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 75 minutes into the game, Teobaldo Mikeldi cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-4. Barran McSteven was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 81st minute, Sebastião Goiano fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. In the 84th match minute, Warner ltd was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Banan Crowe to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, Ballyfarnan Utd's Suibhne Branson got a free kick in the 88th minute. If Bodibeua Kelly had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 92nd match minute, Ballyfarnan Utd was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Andrew Rutherford to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in Ballyfarnan Utd's zone, Beary McDonald stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Barran McSteven came out of the goal and Beary McDonald tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Teobaldo Mikeldi succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 2-5 in the 95th playminute. When the final whistle sounded Warner ltd left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Ballyfarnan Utd.
