Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Ballybryan FC's George McCollion started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 6th minute George McCollion shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Patton McCollion saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A hard shot 10 in the game by George McCollion from a close distance when the talented Patton McCollion managed to make a qualified save. Ballylusk's players were relieved. The supporters of Ballybryan FC booed when Ballylusk was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 11 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bera McJohn didn't get a good kick on the ball. Patton McCollion showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Geary Coyle in the 13th minute of the match. In the 14th minute Banban Duggan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Patton McCollion saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. George McCollion recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 15th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Geary Coyle in the 19th minute of play forced Ballylusk's goalkeeper Patton McCollion to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Geary Coyle sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Geary Coyle received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 30th minute. Patton McCollion tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The Ballybryan FC fans' excitement grew in the 32nd match minute when Ballybryan FC's George McCollion looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Banban Duggan recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 37th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a rather tough play, Ballylusk's Bera McJohn got a free kick in the 38th minute. Patton McCollion stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of George McCollion's shot from short distance in the 44th minute. In the 48th minute, George McCollion made a precise shot to the right of Patton McCollion. Ballylusk's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-0. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Braeden Ghee to strike the kick off in the second half. George McCollion sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Geary Coyle had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Bradaigh Gollogley fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Beartlai Kirby having to interfere. If Geary Coyle had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by George McCollion in the 84th minute of play forced Ballylusk's goalkeeper Patton McCollion to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ballybryan FC's Geary Coyle got a good chance for a goal in the 86th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 87th minute, Rorry Myler hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of Ballybryan FC booed when Ballylusk was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 89 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bera McJohn didn't get a good kick on the ball. George McCollion scored 4-0 in the 95th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Patton McCollion, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. When the referee ended the match the Ballybryan FC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
