Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Brannon McLaughlin made the kick off and thus started the match. Bera McJohn fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 3rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hewney Palmer having to interfere. After having played for 4 minutes, Braeden Ghee managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ballylusk's supporters crossed their fingers, but Braeden Ghee was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Torna Doyle recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 6th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Tullagh's Hewney Palmer played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bradaigh Gollogley in the 8th minute of play. In the 13th minute Braeden Ghee shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hewney Palmer saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Torna Doyle fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Patton McCollion having to interfere. Brannon McLaughlin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Patton McCollion having to interfere. Patton McCollion acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 29th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Bannan Byrne. After a defensive mix-up in Ballylusk's zone, Torna Doyle stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Patton McCollion came out of the goal and Torna Doyle tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 36 minutes into the game, Tullagh's Torna Doyle nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Patton McCollion made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. If Brannon McLaughlin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Peyton McStephen hit a great freekick 43 minutes into the match. 46 minutes into the match, Ballylusk's goalkeeper Patton McCollion had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Torna Doyle. 47 minutes into the game, Don McDonald was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Tullagh's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Ballylusk the free kick. The supporters of Ballylusk booed when Tullagh was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 47 match minutes in a wonderful position. Don McDonald didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Braeden Ghee to make the kick off. Brant Bayes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 60th minute Torna Doyle shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Patton McCollion saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Brannon McLaughlin in the 61st minute of play forced Ballylusk's goalkeeper Patton McCollion to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Torna Doyle received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Patton McCollion tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Patton McCollion took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Brannon McLaughlin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Torna Doyle blasted a shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Patton McCollion having to make a save. Torna Doyle scored 2-0 in the 73rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Patton McCollion, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Bradaigh Gollogley sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After recieving a nice pass, Tullagh's Bannan Byrne tried to score from far away in the 80th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. When Tullagh's Brannon McLaughlin in the 83rd minute got a chance for a shot 83rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Ballylusk's goalie prevented a goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 84th minute, Torna Doyle managed to get in a good position for a shot. Tullagh's supporters rose to their feet, but Torna Doyle was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Patton McCollion breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After having played for 91 minutes, Torna Doyle managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Tullagh's supporters crossed their fingers, but Torna Doyle was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 92nd minute, Peyton McStephen hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 93rd minute, Brannon McLaughlin made a precise shot to the right of Patton McCollion. Ballylusk's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-0. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Tullagh had played much better football throughout.
