Spectators: 6776 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1776, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Barley Savic in the 10th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Caolán Brennan prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Caolán Brennan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Samuel McPaul in the 11th minute of play. Caolán Brennan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Samuel McPaul, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Samuel McPaul recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 16th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Samuel McPaul fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Caolán Brennan having to interfere. When Camp's Gilian Coyle in the 27th minute got a chance for a shot 27th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Ardy's goalie prevented a goal. Caolán Brennan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Samuel McPaul, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. Gilian Coyle hit a great freekick 33 minutes into the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Barley Savic in the 35th minute a chance for a shot on goal. Samuel McPaul received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Caolán Brennan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Paul McWill showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gilian Coyle, who was totally free with the ball in the 43rd minute. 45 minutes into the match, Samuel McPaul notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Camp's Caolán Brennan . Caolán Brennan was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After the first half Ardy were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Gilian Coyle stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The audience was convinced that Gilian Coyle's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Paul McWill was relentless in the 53rd minute of the game. Samuel McPaul fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Caolán Brennan having to interfere. 63 minutes into the match, Camp's Rannal Perth sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Paul McWill narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Barley Savic received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 71st minute. Caolán Brennan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Caolán Brennan didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Samuel McPaul went, in the 73rd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. Barley Savic sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Caolán Brennan stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Barley Savic's shot from short distance in the 80th minute. In the 81st match minute, Camp was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gearroid Colwell to maneuver through the defense. 82 minutes into the match, Camp's goal looked a bit too open when Barley Savic came free, but Caolán Brennan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Samuel McPaul fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Caolán Brennan having to interfere. If Barley Savic had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead.
