The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Kevis Gillmour took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bealtaine Cronin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Brenda Gallagher fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kevis Gillmour having to interfere. In the 28thth minute of the game Bealtaine Cronin who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Gates's Kevis Gillmour was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The supporters of Aharney Utd booed when Gates was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 34 match minutes in a wonderful position. Randal Dalton didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 35 played minutes, Aharney Utd's Corey Caffey shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Kevis Gillmour came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Aharney Utd reached it. The audience was convinced that Brenda Gallagher's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Kevis Gillmour was relentless in the 38th minute of the game. Tomás McBjarton came out of the goal and Heremon Dimson tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a rather tough play, Aharney Utd's Tady Silke got a free kick in the 71st minute. 73 minutes into the match, Gates's Patton Crowe sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Tomás McBjarton narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Patton Crowe got in the 76th a clear chance and fired away a hard shot against goal, but Tomás McBjarton handled the situation perfectly and made a save by the crossbar. In the 77th minute Patton Crowe shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tomás McBjarton saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
