In the 3rdth minute of the game Louie Savic who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Boleymount Utd's Breen Harkin was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After a rather tough play, Desert Roses™'s Aodh Callaghan got a free kick in the 4th minute. When Desert Roses™'s Louie Savic in the 7th minute got a chance for a shot 7th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Boleymount Utd's goalie prevented a goal. Rodolfo Valerio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 8th minute. Breen Harkin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Bairre McNamara showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gearroid Lavine in the 10th minute of the match. Rodolfo Valerio was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 18th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Louie Savic in the 23rdth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Breen Harkin, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Gearroid Lavine might have been able to make a better finish in the 26th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Bairre McNamara. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Gearroid Lavine ran back to his position shaking his head. Bairre McNamara showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Shey McBrand, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Rodolfo Valerio got free with Breen Harkin in the 29th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. If Louie Savic had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Louie Savic who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 38thth minute tested the skills of Breen Harkin when he managed to save the team from getting behind. With his leg Breen Harkin managed to avoid a goal in the 45thth minute, when Desert Roses™'s Louie Savic fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Through an outstanding action, after 48 minutes, Breen Harkin successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Louie Savic stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 51 minutes into the match, Louie Savic notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of Boleymount Utd's Breen Harkin. Breen Harkin was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Louie Savic received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Breen Harkin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Rodolfo Valerio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Desert Roses™ getting a freekick after 58 minutes play. Rodolfo Valerio hit a great ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Gearroid Lavine got free with Bairre McNamara in the 61st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 62nd minute, Louie Savic made a precise shot to the right of Breen Harkin. Boleymount Utd's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-0. After a defensive mix-up in Boleymount Utd's zone, Louie Savic stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Breen Harkin came out of the goal and Louie Savic tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 78 minutes into the match, Desert Roses™'s Louie Savic sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Breen Harkin narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Louie Savic fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Breen Harkin having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Boleymount Utd's zone, Aodh Callaghan stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Breen Harkin came out of the goal and Aodh Callaghan tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Rodolfo Valerio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Breen Harkin having to interfere. If Louie Savic had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Louie Savic in the 95th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Breen Harkin saved Boleymount Utd from getting behind. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Desert Roses™ fully deserved thier win.
