Spectators: 6760 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1760, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Bearchan Hunt kicked off to start the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 5th minute, Bearchan Hunt managed to get in a good position for a shot. Annaghbrack FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Bearchan Hunt was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Breen Harkin breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Bearchan Hunt fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Breen Harkin having to interfere. Bearchan Hunt received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 12th minute. Breen Harkin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Herich Dillon hit a great freekick 14 minutes into the match. After some careless play in the Boleymount Utd defense, Bearchan Hunt kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Breen Harkin. The Boleymount Utd fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Breen Harkin should have stopped the shot. After 24 played minutes Annaghbrack FC got a freekick which was hit by Brennan McAlphie. The supporters of Annaghbrack FC booed when Boleymount Utd was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 27 match minutes in a wonderful position. Abban McCollion didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 29 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Boleymount Utd! Bearchan Hunt recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 33rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The audience was convinced that Bearchan Hunt's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Breen Harkin was relentless in the 35th minute of the game. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Bearchan Hunt in the 37th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Breen Harkin saved Boleymount Utd from getting behind. Bearchan Hunt sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Gearroid Lavine kicked well hit freekick during the 42nd minute of the match. Bearchan Hunt fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Breen Harkin having to interfere. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Shey McBrand to make the kick off. Boleymount Utd's Breen Harkin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Brennan McAlphie in the 60th minute of play. Bearchan Hunt had several of the Boleymount Utd's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 63 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 0-4 score and a disappointed Breen Harkin as he didn't even see the shot coming. In the 66th minute, Annaghbrack FC's Bearchan Hunt ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Breen Harkin. Breen Harkin yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-5. Breen Harkin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Brennan McAlphie, who was totally free with the ball in the 72nd minute. Boleymount Utd's Breen Harkin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bearchan Hunt in the 74th minute of play. Brion Taylor could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 76th minute of the match, but Breen Harkin made a huge save. After a defensive mix-up in Boleymount Utd's zone, Bearchan Hunt stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Breen Harkin came out of the goal and Bearchan Hunt tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 80th minute Shey McBrand shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Blaire Walker saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 83rd minute, Abban McCollion hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Abban McCollion charged in rather forcefully in the 88th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Abban McCollion the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Boleymount Utd getting a freekick after 89 minutes play. Abban McCollion hit a great ball. Breen Harkin didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 91st minute, which inside left pole to 0-6. Abban McCollion took the ball and in the 96 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Blaire Walker. Blaire Walker dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-6. The Boleymount Utd fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Annaghbrack FC were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
