Spectators: 7594 (Terracing: 5824, Seating: 1640, VIP seats: 130) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Lawrence McLiam kicked off to start the match. In the 4th minute, Bevin McCready reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Brickeen McNamee. The goal made the score 1-0. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Bevin McCready during the 12th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Bevin McCready hit a great freekick 12 minutes into the match. Bevin McCreadys short, quick shot in the 16thth minute got Brickeen McNamee to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. A collision led to Crookedwood getting a freekick after 27 minutes play. Rowland Crowe hit a great ball. Bevin McCready's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Brickeen McNamee read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 32nd minute of play. In the 33rd minute of the match Crookedwood got a corner. Falcarragh's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Rowland Crowe ran over to the corner to take the kick. After having played for 36 minutes, Bevin McCready managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Crookedwood's supporters crossed their fingers, but Bevin McCready was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Rowland Crowe during the 47th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Rowland Crowe kicked well hit freekick during the 47th minute of the match. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Bevin McCready was the one to do the kick off. In the 51st minute, Peadar Holt hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 53 minutes, Bevin McCready made it 2-0 with a short kick to the right side. Falcarragh's Brickeen McNamee tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Lawrence McLiam kicked well hit freekick during the 56th minute of the match. Crookedwood's Bevin McCready got a good chance for a goal in the 57th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Brickeen McNamee showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bevin McCready, who was totally free with the ball in the 59th minute. 61 minutes into the game, Banvan Frankson was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Falcarragh's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Crookedwood the free kick. 67 minutes into the match, Falcarragh's goal looked a bit too open when Bevin McCready came free, but Brickeen McNamee reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Bevin McCready struck a weak shot in the 70th minute. Brickeen McNamee didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Crookedwood. Falcarragh's Brickeen McNamee played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bevin McCready in the 72nd minute of play. Benjamin Crowe received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 74th minute. Brickeen McNamee tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 76th minute, Bevin McCready ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Brickeen McNamee was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. After a rather tough play, Crookedwood's Blair Palmer got a free kick in the 79th minute. Banvan Frankson got his second yellow card in the match during the 81st minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. After 82 played minutes Falcarragh got a freekick which was hit by Banvan Frankson. Lawrence McLiam kicked well hit freekick during the 85th minute of the match. When Bevin McCready came up free with the goalie in the 86th minute, the Crookedwood fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Bevin McCready couldn't finish the play. In the 92nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Falcarragh's goalkeeper Brickeen McNamee, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Bevin McCready fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Brickeen McNamee having to interfere. When the referee ended the match the Crookedwood players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
