Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Fachtna Ferguson took the kick off in the first half of the match. 5 minutes into the match, Rossduff AFC's goalkeeper Brasil McPhil had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Roland McDonald. Breas McJohn charged in rather forcefully in the 7th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Breas McJohn the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Rossduff AFC getting a freekick after 8 minutes play. Breas McJohn hit a great ball. With an all-out effort, Bellanaboy's Brasil McPhil threw himself towards the right post 10 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Baine Johnson, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. After 11 played minutes Rossduff AFC got a freekick which was hit by Breas McJohn. Roland McDonald recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 12th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Baine Johnson in the 14th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Brasil McPhil prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 16th minute, Russ McDecland got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 20th minute, Baine Johnson got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Brasil McPhil stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Baine Johnson's shot from short distance in the 22nd minute. With an all-out effort, Bellanaboy's Brasil McPhil threw himself towards the right post 24 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Benen McWillie, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Brasil McPhil made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Baine Johnson in the 27th minute of play. Bevan Robinson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fachtna Ferguson in the 29th minute of play. Bevan Robinson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Russ McDecland, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. If Roland McDonald had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Baine Johnson struck a weak shot in the 37th minute. Brasil McPhil didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Bellanaboy. A collision led to Rossduff AFC getting a freekick after 41 minutes play. Reginald McOliver hit a great ball. Roland McDonald sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Baine Johnson to strike the kick off in the second half. Roland McDonald fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 51st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Brasil McPhil having to interfere. Brasil McPhil showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Roland McDonald in the 53rd minute of the match. In the 55th minute, Fachtna Ferguson got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Fachtna Ferguson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. Bevan Robinson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Bellanaboy booed when Rossduff AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 60 match minutes in a wonderful position. Breas McJohn didn't get a good kick on the ball. Roland McDonald recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 61st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Tormaigh O'Brien hit a great freekick 62 minutes into the match. 63 minutes into the match, Rossduff AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Roland McDonald came free, but Brasil McPhil reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Baine Johnson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Bellanaboy getting a freekick after 76 minutes play. Benen McWillie hit a great ball. 79 minutes into the match, Roland McDonald had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Brasil McPhil. Rossduff AFC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Roland McDonald was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. 86 minutes into the match, Bellanaboy's Baine Johnson sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Brasil McPhil narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 88th minute the ball was on its way in behind Rossduff AFC's goalkeeper Brasil McPhil, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 92 minutes into the game, Bellanaboy's Roland McDonald nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Brasil McPhil made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-0. Bellanaboy's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
