In the 16th match minute, Bellanaboy was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Reginald McWill to maneuver through the defense. Paudraig Mullan recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 17th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Paudraig Mullan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 25th minute. Bevan Robinson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 26th minute, Lee Dillon hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 27 minutes, Paudraig Mullan made it 1-0 with a short kick to the right side. Bellanaboy's Bevan Robinson tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. 32 minutes into the match, Bellanaboy's goalkeeper Bevan Robinson had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Paudraig Mullan. In the 37th minute the ball was on its way in behind Bellanaboy's goalkeeper Bevan Robinson, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 40 minutes into the match, Bellanaboy's Baine Johnson sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Tormaigh Matthews narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After some careless play in the Dooyork defense, Baine Johnson kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Tormaigh Matthews. The Dooyork fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Tormaigh Matthews should have stopped the shot. With a little luck, Bellanaboy's Bevan Robinson got control of the ball when Boethis McFrank tried to sneak it across the goal line. Paudraig Mullan's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 47thth minute, Bevan Robinson skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Paudraig Mullan stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 51st match minute, Bellanaboy was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Reginald McWill to maneuver through the defense. 51 minutes into the match, Dooyork's Beatty Crowe sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Bevan Robinson narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Dooyork's Paudraig Mullan got a good chance for a goal in the 54th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Tormaigh Matthews made an important save on a dangerous shot by Benen McWillie in the 55th minute. In the 59th match minute, Bellanaboy was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Flann McDonald to maneuver through the defense. The audience was convinced that Paudraig Mullan's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Bevan Robinson was relentless in the 61st minute of the game. The Dooyork fans' excitement grew in the 65th match minute when Dooyork's Paudraig Mullan looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 71st minute, Tevis Duggan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Lee Dillon kicked well hit freekick during the 75th minute of the match. Paudraig Mullan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bevan Robinson having to interfere. In the 78th minute, Benen McWillie hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 79th minute of the match Beatty Crowe shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Bevan Robinson showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. A collision led to Bellanaboy getting a freekick after 82 minutes play. Flann McDonald hit a great ball. Flann McDonald hit a great freekick 84 minutes into the match. If Boethis McFrank had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Bevan Robinson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Boethis McFrank, who was totally free with the ball in the 90th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Bellanaboy's zone, Paudraig Mullan stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Bevan Robinson came out of the goal and Paudraig Mullan tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Paudraig Mullan in the 95th minute of play forced Bellanaboy's goalkeeper Bevan Robinson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Paudraig Mullan blasted a shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Bevan Robinson having to make a save. Dooyork's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
