An unexpectedly hard shot by Peyton Dalton in the 18th minute of play forced Ballindine Utd's goalkeeper Binne Lavine to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Bradner Frankson let the left foot speak when in front of goal in the 19th minute shot 3-0 at rihgt post. Bradner Frankson struck a weak shot in the 22nd minute. Binne Lavine didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Mardyke. Binne Lavine made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Peyton Dalton in the 27th minute of play. Binne Lavine showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Braddon Doherty, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. Brazil Molloy received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 30th minute. Bebhinn Holt tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 32nd minute Braddon Doherty shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Binne Lavine saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Bradner Frankson's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Binne Lavine firmly grabbed it by the left post. After a defensive mix-up in Ballindine Utd's zone, Braddon Doherty stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Binne Lavine came out of the goal and Braddon Doherty tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 48 minutes into the match, Ballindine Utd's goal looked a bit too open when Peyton Dalton came free, but Binne Lavine reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-0 at half-time.

When Mardyke's Peyton Dalton in the 52nd minute got a chance for a shot 52nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Binne Lavine made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-0. 71 minutes into the game, Blathma McSteve was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Ballindine Utd's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Mardyke the free kick. After 71 played minutes Ballindine Utd got a freekick which was hit by Blathma McSteve. Peyton Dalton sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience was convinced that Bradner Frankson's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Binne Lavine was relentless in the 83rd minute of the game. Peyton Dalton fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Binne Lavine having to interfere.
