Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The audience thought a goal was coming when Bartel McPeter got free with Bebhinn Holt in the 6th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. If Bradner Frankson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 8th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 16th match minute, Crossna was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ryland Frankson to maneuver through the defense. Gaynor Bayes came out of the goal in the 20th minute to try and stop a shot by Mardyke's Bradner Frankson. But to his dismay, Bradner Frankson quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Bradner Frankson in the 22nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Gaynor Bayes prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 26th minute Ryland Frankson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bebhinn Holt saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Riddoc Dalton took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 27th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Bebhinn Holt. Mardyke's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. In the 29thth minute of the game Peyton Dalton who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Crossna's Gaynor Bayes was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 38 minutes into the match, Mardyke's Peyton Dalton sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Gaynor Bayes narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Bradner Frankson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Gaynor Bayes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Crossna's zone, Bradner Frankson stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gaynor Bayes came out of the goal and Bradner Frankson tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Peyton Dalton came up free with the goalie in the 45th minute, the Mardyke fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Peyton Dalton couldn't finish the play. In the 45th minute, Bartel McPeter hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.

The wind increased when Braden Palmer made the kick off in the second half. Mardyke's Bradner Frankson got a good chance for a goal in the 51st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Crossna's Scothine McLaughlin got a free kick in the 52nd minute. Bebhinn Holt showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Braden Palmer, who was totally free with the ball in the 57th minute. Bebhinn Holt showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Conn Martyn in the 59th minute of the match. If Bradner Frankson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Mardyke booed when Crossna was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 63 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bartel McPeter didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 65th minute of the match, Peyton Dalton tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Gaynor Bayes saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Crossna's Gaynor Bayes proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 66th minute of the match, managed to save Crossna from getting a goal against them. Bradner Frankson succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 0-2 in the 70th playminute. When the match had gone on for 76 minutes, Bradner Frankson took a quick shot and it went in 0-3 without a chance for Gaynor Bayes to make any attempt to save it. Bradner Frankson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 90th minute, Braddon Doherty got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Crossna's Gaynor Bayes proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 92nd minute of the match, managed to save Crossna from getting a goal against them. When the match was over Mardyke could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Crossna throughout the match.
