No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Torrian Grant to make the kick off. 54 minutes into the match, Rawros's goal looked a bit too open when Blathma McSteve came free, but Thomas Ferguson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ballindine Utd's Binne Lavine played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Torrian Grant in the 59th minute of play. When Bressail Molloy came up free with the goalie in the 64th minute, the Rawros fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Bressail Molloy couldn't finish the play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Torrian Grant in the 66th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Binne Lavine saved Ballindine Utd from getting behind. Binne Lavine didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Bressail Molloy went, in the 68th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-1 was the resulting score. Binne Lavine stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Bressail Molloy's shot from short distance in the 71st minute. After 72 played minutes Ballindine Utd got a freekick which was hit by Berry Cooney. A collision led to Rawros getting a freekick after 75 minutes play. Donell McAlphie hit a great ball. Ballindine Utd's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
