Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Bradner Frankson took the kick off in the first half of the match. A collision led to Mardyke getting a freekick after 4 minutes play. Peyton Dalton hit a great ball. Bradner Frankson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 6th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Brenda Molloy charged in rather forcefully in the 8th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Brenda Molloy the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Brenda Molloy kicked well hit freekick during the 8th minute of the match. Narraghmore AFC's Brenda Molloy got his second yellow card of the match in the 11th minute. The referee ordered Brenda Molloy off the ground. In the 12th match minute, Narraghmore AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Brenda Molloy to maneuver through the defense. Keely Palmer took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Braddon Doherty, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some fancy dribbling in the 17th minute, Bradner Frankson managed to get in a good position for a shot. Mardyke's supporters rose to their feet, but Bradner Frankson was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Keely Palmer breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The supporters of Narraghmore AFC booed when Mardyke was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. Joseph McPeter didn't get a good kick on the ball. Irwin McOliver's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Bebhinn Holt read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 24th minute of play. Peyton Dalton sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Joseph McPeter during the 28th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 28th match minute, Mardyke was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Joseph McPeter to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to Narraghmore AFC getting a freekick after 29 minutes play. Russ Moran hit a great ball. In the 30th minute, Peyton Dalton got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. A collision led to Narraghmore AFC getting a freekick after 31 minutes play. Darby McGlenn hit a great ball. After 33 minutes, Bradner Frankson made it 1-0 with a short kick to the right side. Narraghmore AFC's Keely Palmer tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Bradner Frankson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Keely Palmer tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Keely Palmer took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Peyton Dalton, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Bradner Frankson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 46th minute, Bergin McFrank hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Irwin McOliver to make the kick off. Peyton Dalton's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Keely Palmer read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 53rd minute of play. Braddon Doherty received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. Keely Palmer tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 59 played minutes Narraghmore AFC got a freekick which was hit by Brenan McTom . In the 61st match minute, Narraghmore AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cormac Lester to maneuver through the defense. Keely Palmer made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Peyton Dalton in the 63rd minute of play. Peyton Dalton fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Keely Palmer having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Peyton Dalton in the 66th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Keely Palmer prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Irwin McOliver fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bebhinn Holt having to interfere. Keely Palmer took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bradner Frankson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 78th minute, Peyton Dalton got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Keely Palmer came out of the goal in the 81st minute to try and stop a shot by Mardyke's Peyton Dalton. But to his dismay, Peyton Dalton quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. If Peyton Dalton had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Mardyke's Braddon Doherty in the 87th minute got a chance for a shot 87th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Narraghmore AFC's goalie prevented a goal. Keely Palmer showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bradner Frankson in the 88th minute of the match. 91 minutes into the match, Narraghmore AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Bradner Frankson came free, but Keely Palmer reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Keely Palmer took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Peyton Dalton, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
