Barry Dalton tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Biddy McAlphie charged in rather forcefully in the 16th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Biddy McAlphie the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Bradagain Costello sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 25th match minute, Frankford was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rolan Dunne to maneuver through the defense. 27 minutes into the match, Ardattin's goal looked a bit too open when Bradagain Costello came free, but Barry Dalton reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Egan Todd had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Cianán Jameson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bressal McLaughlin in the 32nd minute of play. In the 34th minute, Tiomoid McTommy hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Eoghan McJames sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Egan Todd who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 41stth minute tested the skills of Cianán Jameson when he managed to save the team from getting behind. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Barry Dalton didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Eoghan McJames went, in the 54th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Egan Todd fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cianán Jameson having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Egan Todd in the 68th minute of play forced Frankford's goalkeeper Cianán Jameson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Bradagain Costello had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 77 minutes into the match, Ardattin's goal looked a bit too open when Eoghan McJames came free, but Barry Dalton reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Cianán Jameson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bressal McLaughlin in the 82nd minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Egan Todd in the 89th minute of play forced Frankford's goalkeeper Cianán Jameson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 92nd minute Egan Todd shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cianán Jameson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Bressal McLaughlin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 97th minute. Cianán Jameson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The Frankford players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Ardattin from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
