Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Scot Caffrey took the kick off in the first half of the match. If Scot Caffrey had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 3rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 5 minutes into the game, Scot Caffrey cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Baydan McBrandon was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Bel Cassin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kevis Caffey having to interfere. Scot Caffrey received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Baydan McBrandon tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 19th minute, Bradon Gollogley hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Scronagare's Rowland McIan got a good chance for a goal in the 21st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Bel Cassin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kevis Caffey having to interfere. George McIan charged in rather forcefully in the 27th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed George McIan the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 27th minute, George McIan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 28 minutes into the match, Scronagare's Gearalt Bayes broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Scot Caffrey fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Baydan McBrandon having to interfere. The Carnmalin Utd fans' excitement grew in the 39th match minute when Carnmalin Utd's Scot Caffrey looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-3 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Rowland McIan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 48th minute. Kevis Caffey tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Rowland McIan to make the kick off. In the 52nd minute of the match, Herich McTommy got a very nice opportunity to score, but Baydan McBrandon was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Kevis Caffey showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rowland McIan in the 54th minute of the match. Kevis Caffey took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rowland McIan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 57th minute Bel Cassin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kevis Caffey saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Bel Cassin blasted a shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Kevis Caffey having to make a save. Kevis Caffey showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rowland McIan in the 65th minute of the match. 68 minutes into the match, Carnmalin Utd's goal looked a bit too open when Rowland McIan came free, but Kevis Caffey reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 73 played minutes Carnmalin Utd got a freekick which was hit by George McIan. The supporters of Scronagare booed when Carnmalin Utd was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 74 match minutes in a wonderful position. Beiti McNamee didn't get a good kick on the ball. Bel Cassin struck a weak shot in the 75th minute. Kevis Caffey didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Scronagare. The crowd rose to their feet as Carnmalin Utd's Herich McTommy slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Baydan McBrandon. That made the score 1-4 after 77 minutes of play. In the 84th minute of the match Sameer McJames shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Kevis Caffey showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. If Herich McTommy had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Scronagare's Baydan McBrandon played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Scot Caffrey in the 88th minute of play. In the 90th match minute, Scronagare was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gearóid Doherty to maneuver through the defense. Herich McTommys short, quick shot in the 91stth minute got Baydan McBrandon to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. In the 93rd minute, Scot Caffrey fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Baydan McBrandon, passed just outside the right post. After 94 played minutes Scronagare got a freekick which was hit by Bradon Gollogley. In the 96th minute, Scot Caffrey got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal.
