Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Shannon Dalton started the match with the kick off. In the 7th minute of the match, Edwin Murphy tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Conor Beckett saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Desmond McJohnny got free with Conor Beckett in the 8th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Conor Beckett showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edwin Murphy, who was totally free with the ball in the 12th minute. In the 18th match minute, Oldchapel was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Reamann Coyle to maneuver through the defense. In the 21st match minute, Oldchapel was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Joshua Murphy to maneuver through the defense. With a little luck, Oldchapel's Conor Beckett got control of the ball when Desmond McJohnny tried to sneak it across the goal line. Buach Palmer showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bivadi Robinson in the 28th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Edwin Murphy in the 29th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Conor Beckett prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Conor Beckett stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Edwin Murphy's shot from short distance in the 31st minute. Conor Beckett showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edwin Murphy in the 33rd minute of the match. Conor Beckett took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edwin Murphy, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Joshua Murphy kicked well hit freekick during the 35th minute of the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Joshua Murphy during the 37th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Lagacurry getting a freekick after 43 minutes play. Duff MaCollin hit a great ball. In the 44th minute Bren Quinnless shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Buach Palmer saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Conor Beckett made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edwin Murphy in the 47th minute of play. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The wind increased when Bivadi Robinson made the kick off in the second half. Buach Palmer took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Joshua Murphy, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 53 minutes into the match, Oldchapel's goal looked a bit too open when Edwin Murphy came free, but Conor Beckett reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Reamann Coyle could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 55th minute of the match, but Buach Palmer made a huge save. After 58 played minutes Lagacurry got a freekick which was hit by Harrigan Caffrey. Conor Beckett showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edwin Murphy in the 61st minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Edwin Murphy's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Conor Beckett was relentless in the 63rd minute of the game. When Lagacurry's Edwin Murphy in the 64th minute got a chance for a shot 64th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Oldchapel's goalie prevented a goal. In the 65th minute, Duff MaCollin had to leave the field with a concussion. When Reamann Coyle fell near the penalty area in the 65th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Oldchapel's protests and gave Reamann Coyle a yellow card for diving instead. Reamann Coyle kicked well hit freekick during the 66th minute of the match. Shannon Dalton sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 74 minutes into the game, Reamann Coyle recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Buach Palmer. Reamann Coyle showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-1. After 76 played minutes Oldchapel got a freekick which was hit by Joshua Murphy. In the 82nd minute, Oldchapel's Bivadi Robinson ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Buach Palmer. Buach Palmer yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-2. Conor Beckett took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Shannon Dalton, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Reamann Coyle hit a great freekick 87 minutes into the match. Joshua Murphy received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Buach Palmer came out and tried to block the shot, but Joshua Murphy slotted it home off the left post making it 0-3 in the 89th minute. In the 92nd minute, Bradagain McCollion left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Lagacurry fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-3. The Lagacurry supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Oldchapel's performance. The match ended with a win for Oldchapel.
