After having played for 9 minutes, Reamann Coyle managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Oldchapel's supporters crossed their fingers, but Reamann Coyle was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. A hard shot 10 in the game by Reamann Coyle from a close distance when the talented Bressail McDonald managed to make a qualified save. Corlisheen's players were relieved. In the 13th minute, Bren Quinnless ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Bressail McDonald was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. Bren Quinnless came free with the goalkeeper in the 20th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Bressail McDonald could save by the left post. After 21 minutes, Daithi Gollogley mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Corlisheen and the Oldchapel players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 21 played minutes Corlisheen got a freekick which was hit by Daithi Gollogley . 24 minutes into the match, Oldchapel's Bivadi Robinson sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Bressail McDonald narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Bivadi Robinson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. Bressail McDonald tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A hard shot 28 in the game by Bren Quinnless from a close distance when the talented Bressail McDonald managed to make a qualified save. Corlisheen's players were relieved. Kaine Kelly struck a weak shot in the 60th minute. Conor Beckett didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Corlisheen. After some careless play in the Corlisheen defense, Bren Quinnless kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Bressail McDonald. The Corlisheen fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Bressail McDonald should have stopped the shot. Bren Quinnless fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bressail McDonald having to interfere. Bressail McDonald stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Bivadi Robinson's shot from short distance in the 77th minute. When the match clock showed 77 minutes, the score became 6-0 when Bivadi Robinson sped through Corlisheen's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Bressail McDonald. In the 81st minute Bivadi Robinson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bressail McDonald saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Bivadi Robinson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bivadi Robinson in the 87th minute of play forced Corlisheen's goalkeeper Bressail McDonald to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Oldchapel booed when Corlisheen was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 88 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sameer Colwell didn't get a good kick on the ball. 91 minutes in the game, the ball went up into the seats when Oldchapel's Bren Quinnless fired away a shot that was just a little bit too high. He walked away shaking his head. Bressail McDonald didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Bivadi Robinson went, in the 93rd minute, to the upper right corner, 7-0 was the resulting score. When the referee ended the match the Oldchapel players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
