Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Keely Martyn made the kick off and thus started the match. Teigue Mulvihill showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Keely Martyn, who was totally free with the ball in the 7th minute. After having played for 8 minutes, Bar Byrne managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Clontoe's supporters crossed their fingers, but Bar Byrne was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Teigue Mulvihill made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Keely Martyn in the 11th minute of play. In the 14th minute, Keely Martyn made a precise shot to the right of Teigue Mulvihill. Attiregan's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Teddy McCollion could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 18th minute of the match, but Bow McPhil made a huge save. Teddy McCollion kicked a quick shot right in front of the goal in the 19thth minute. Though ot was a great shot Clontoe's keeper Bow McPhil was sill able to block leaving the score board unchanged. Teigue Mulvihill took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Keely Martyn, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The throw-in from Brakawn Byrne in the 22nd minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Clontoe's Barney Martyn. In the 27th minute, Keely Martyn made a precise shot to the right of Teigue Mulvihill. Attiregan's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. 33 minutes into the game, Clontoe's Keely Martyn nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Teigue Mulvihill made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-3. After 39 played minutes Clontoe got a freekick which was hit by Bar Byrne. Bow McPhil made an important save on a dangerous shot by Teddy McCollion in the 41st minute. Alan McFrank fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Teigue Mulvihill having to interfere. Berrin Dimson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 44th minute. Teigue Mulvihill tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.

52 minutes into the match, Attiregan's goalkeeper Teigue Mulvihill had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Keely Martyn. Keely Martyn struck a weak shot in the 63rd minute. Teigue Mulvihill didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Clontoe. After 68 played minutes Clontoe got a freekick which was hit by Bradley Callaghan. After 69 played minutes Clontoe got a freekick which was hit by Keely Martyn. After 81 minutes of play, Clontoe's Keely Martyn made it 0-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Teigue Mulvihill was left in no man's land by his defense there! With a little luck, Attiregan's Teigue Mulvihill got control of the ball when Keely Martyn tried to sneak it across the goal line. Keely Martyn recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 89th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When the match was over Clontoe could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Attiregan throughout the match.
