Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Keely Martyn made the kick off and thus started the match. Donavan Frankson made an important save on a dangerous shot by Keely Martyn in the 6th minute. Clontoe's Keely Martyn got a good chance for a goal in the 13th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Keely Martyn in the 19th minute of play forced Killycross's goalkeeper Donavan Frankson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 24 minutes into the match, Killycross's goalkeeper Donavan Frankson had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Keely Martyn. In the 26th minute, Keely Martyn made a precise shot to the right of Donavan Frankson. Killycross's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. Donavan Frankson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Keely Martyn in the 30th minute of play. In the 41st match minute, Clontoe was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bradley Callaghan to maneuver through the defense. After 43 played minutes, Killycross's Hayes McVictor shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Bow McPhil came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Killycross reached it. Bar Byrne's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Donavan Frankson firmly grabbed it by the left post.
The wind increased when Irving Branson made the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute, Bras McDonald got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 57th minute, Keely Martyn left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Clontoe fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-0. 61 minutes into the match, Clontoe's Keely Martyn sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Donavan Frankson narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 62nd minute of the match Clontoe got a corner. Killycross's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Riley Costello ran over to the corner to take the kick. Bricin Gough hit a great freekick 75 minutes into the match. When Keely Martyn came up free with the goalie in the 80th minute, the Clontoe fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Keely Martyn couldn't finish the play. Clontoe were awarded a corner in the 84th minute after Killycross's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Riley Costello took the corner. Keely Martyn fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Donavan Frankson having to interfere. 88 minutes into the match, Clontoe's goal looked a bit too open when Bras McDonald came free, but Bow McPhil reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Donavan Frankson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Keely Martyn in the 92nd minute of play. A collision led to Killycross getting a freekick after 93 minutes play. Beagan Sheridan hit a great ball. When Hayes McVictor fell near the penalty area in the 95th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Killycross's protests and gave Hayes McVictor a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Killycross's Hayes McVictor got a free kick in the 95th minute. Keely Martyn blasted a shot towards the goal in the 97th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Donavan Frankson having to make a save. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Clontoe had played much better football throughout.
