Through an outstanding action, after 8 minutes, Breannain Crowe successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. After some careless play in the Rampart defense, Braeden Frankson kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Breannain Crowe. The Rampart fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Breannain Crowe should have stopped the shot. With an all-out effort, Jackkey Utd's Breannain Crowe threw himself towards the right post 15 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Kain Cronin, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Braeden Frankson could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 17th minute of the match, but Breannain Crowe made a huge save. If Kain Cronin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience thought a goal was coming when Braeden Frankson got free with Breannain Crowe in the 19th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 24 minutes into the game, Cleary Cooney cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Pierson Holt was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Cleary Duggan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Cleary Cooney scored 1-2 in the 30th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Pierson Holt, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Braeden Frankson's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Breannain Crowe firmly grabbed it by the left post. If Kain Cronin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Cleary Cooney might have been able to make a better finish in the 40th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Pierson Holt. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Cleary Cooney ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 43rd minute, Colmcille Sheridan got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Colmcille Sheridan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.

After having played for 52 minutes, Barclay Crowe managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Rampart's supporters crossed their fingers, but Barclay Crowe was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Pierson Holt showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cleary Cooney, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Daron McStephen during the 55th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Jackkey Utd's Daron McStephen got a free kick in the 55th minute. In the 58thth minute of the game Braeden Frankson who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Rampart's Breannain Crowe was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 60 minutes into the game, Colmcille Sheridan cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-3. Pierson Holt was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. If Colmcille Sheridan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 66 minutes into the match, Rampart's goal looked a bit too open when Braeden Frankson came free, but Breannain Crowe reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 68th minute Braeden Frankson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Breannain Crowe saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 69th minute, Braeden Frankson got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 74th minute of the match Danann Coyle sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Breannain Crowe skillfully saved the ball. When Kain Cronin came up free with the goalie in the 76th minute, the Jackkey Utd fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Kain Cronin couldn't finish the play. 79 minutes into the match, Jackkey Utd's goal looked a bit too open when Cleary Cooney came free, but Pierson Holt reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 81st minute, Rampart's Cleary Cooney ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Pierson Holt. Pierson Holt yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-4. Colmcille Sheridan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 88th minute, Colmcille Sheridan ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Pierson Holt was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-5. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Rampart eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
