A very good chance. 19 minutes into the match, Killeagh's goal looked a bit too open when Brendon Cassin came free, but Benedict Perth reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 22nd minute Darick John shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Benedict Perth saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Davie McWill fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Binean Delaney having to interfere. In the 28th minute Darick John shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Benedict Perth saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Darick John to make the kick off. In the 51st minute, Brendon Cassin got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. With his leg Benedict Perth managed to avoid a goal in the 55thth minute, when Ballyroe's Brendon Cassin fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. 56 minutes into the game, Darick John cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Benedict Perth was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Davie McWill struck a weak shot in the 64th minute. Binean Delaney didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Killeagh. Davie McWill received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. Binean Delaney tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Binean Delaney came out of the goal in the 71st minute to try and stop a shot by Killeagh's Banban Hamilton. But to his dismay, Banban Hamilton quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Pauric Matthews kicked well hit freekick during the 75th minute of the match. After 76 played minutes, Killeagh's Ryland Savic shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Binean Delaney came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Killeagh reached it. Davie McWill might have been able to make a better finish in the 77th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Binean Delaney. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Davie McWill ran back to his position shaking his head. Banban Hamilton sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With an all-out effort, Ballyroe's Benedict Perth threw himself towards the right post 80 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Darick John, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. In the 88th minute Davie McWill shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Binean Delaney saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Suibhne Brennan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Binean Delaney having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 96th minute, Banban Hamilton managed to get in a good position for a shot. Killeagh's supporters rose to their feet, but Banban Hamilton was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Binean Delaney breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
