He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in DLSFC reached it. Saoirse McPhilip showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Barhart Hutton in the 15th minute of the match. DLSFC's Shea Lavine proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 24th minute of the match, managed to save DLSFC from getting a goal against them. 25 minutes into the game, Teagan Ramsey was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Caherbarnagh's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave DLSFC the free kick. DLSFC were awarded a corner in the 30th minute after Caherbarnagh's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Jeremiah Keegan took the corner. After a rather tough play, DLSFC's Fionntán Beckett got a free kick in the 51st minute. In the 52nd minute, Kerrigan Grant sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and DLSFC's Shea Lavine didn't even have to move. Caherbarnagh's Beothach Lester got a good chance for a goal in the 87th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Kain Gough's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Shea Lavine read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 89th minute of play. DLSFC's Shea Lavine played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kain Gough in the 94th minute of play. After 96 played minutes Caherbarnagh got a freekick which was hit by Rigan McJohn. Saoirse McPhilip made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Barhart Hutton in the 98th minute of play.
