Fc Super Tata's Bray Perth played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Seoirse Dillon in the 16th minute of play. Geralt McNamara made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Beagan Brennan in the 20th minute of play. Glenn McJon received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Bray Perth tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Geralt McNamara showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Shannon Ghee, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. Seoirse Dillon was extremely unlucky when he, in the 36th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Beagan Brennan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Geralt McNamara tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Glenn McJon fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bray Perth having to interfere. In the 43rd match minute, Fc Super Tata was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Beairtle Savic to maneuver through the defense. Seoirse Dillon fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bray Perth having to interfere. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Seoirse Dillon to strike the kick off in the second half. 51 minutes into the match, FC Barca Cork's goalkeeper Geralt McNamara had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Shannon Ghee. In the 55th minute there was a penalty for Fc Super Tata. Colm McPaul stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Geralt McNamara. 2-1. After 62 minutes, Boyd Ferguson mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the FC Barca Cork and the Fc Super Tata players grew even worse after the yellow card. 61 minutes into the game, one of FC Barca Cork:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. When the match had been going on for 63 minutes, Fc Super Tata's Colm McPaul got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Geralt McNamara. In the 66th minute, Fc Super Tata's Beagan Brennan dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-3. Geralt McNamara made a fantastic save in the 69th minute, when Shannon Ghee sent off a good shot on target. Thanks to some nice moves Shannon Ghee could shoot a difficult shot in the 71st minute, which Geralt McNamara however easily saved by the left post. 74 minutes into the match, Glenn McJon had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Bray Perth. Fc Super Tata's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Glenn McJon was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-3. Geralt McNamara made an important save on a dangerous shot by Shannon Ghee in the 81st minute. After a rather tough play, FC Barca Cork's Logan Bayes got a free kick in the 85th minute. After a defensive mix-up in FC Barca Cork's zone, Shannon Ghee stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Geralt McNamara came out of the goal and Shannon Ghee tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Beagan Brennan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The Fc Super Tata players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented FC Barca Cork from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
