Cashel McTommys short, quick shot in the 3rdth minute got Bellaghy Robinson to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. 9 minutes into the match, Keanu Utd's goalkeeper Bellaghy Robinson had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Cashel McTommy. Bola Gallagher kicked well hit freekick during the 10th minute of the match. In the 14th minute, Kealan Gillmour hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Turlough Beckett in the 16th minute of play forced Rinbrack's goalkeeper Beiti McSteven to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Cashel McTommy struck a weak shot in the 17th minute. Bellaghy Robinson didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Rinbrack. Keanu Utd's Bellaghy Robinson proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 19th minute of the match, managed to save Keanu Utd from getting a goal against them. Rannal Coyle was extremely unlucky when he, in the 21st minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. After a defensive mix-up in Rinbrack's zone, Turlough Beckett stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Beiti McSteven came out of the goal and Turlough Beckett tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rannal Coyle in the 33rd minute of play forced Keanu Utd's goalkeeper Bellaghy Robinson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Turlough Beckett received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Beiti McSteven tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 38th play minutes Rannal Coyle shot 1-0, a short shot which went by Bellaghy Robinson and just under the crossbar into goal. Cashel McTommys short, quick shot in the 42ndth minute got Bellaghy Robinson to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. If Turlough Beckett had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Keanu Utd booed when Rinbrack was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. Binean McMichel didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Rannal Coyle was the one to do the kick off. In the 57th minute, Keanu Utd's Torrey McJohnny seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Torrey McJohnny the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Keanu Utd protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Torrey McJohnny had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. In a very dangerous position, a player in Keanu Utd fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 57th minute. Penalty! In the 59th minute there was a penalty for Rinbrack. Binnech McLaughlin stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Bellaghy Robinson. 2-0. Birr Grant received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 65th minute. Beiti McSteven tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 69 minutes into the match, Keanu Utd's goal looked a bit too open when Cashel McTommy came free, but Bellaghy Robinson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Beiti McSteven showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Birr Grant in the 72nd minute of the match. 76 minutes into the match, Keanu Utd's goal looked a bit too open when Rannal Coyle came free, but Bellaghy Robinson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Bellaghy Robinson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rannal Coyle in the 79th minute of play. Bellaghy Robinson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rannal Coyle, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 82 minutes of play, Rinbrack's Rannal Coyle made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Bellaghy Robinson was left in no man's land by his defense there! After 85 played minutes Keanu Utd got a freekick which was hit by Gearroid McFrank. In the 88th minute, Rannal Coyle made a precise shot to the right of Bellaghy Robinson. Keanu Utd's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-0. Beiti McSteven took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Birr Grant, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Rinbrack had won after a very even match.
