Spectators: 8083 (Terracing: 6063, Seating: 1859, VIP seats: 161) Miseal AFC's Peadar Lester started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Bebhinn Hunt made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bell Dimson in the 6th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Miseal AFC's Peadar Lester got a free kick in the 8th minute. Breenan Grant hit a great freekick 10 minutes into the match. 16 minutes into the game, Bell Dimson cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Bebhinn Hunt was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 20 minutes into the match, Cormac McFrank notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of Ireland Monsters's Bebhinn Hunt. Bebhinn Hunt was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 24 minutes into the game, Cormac McFrank cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-4. Bebhinn Hunt was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 28 minutes into the match, Peadar Lester had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Bebhinn Hunt. Ireland Monsters's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Peadar Lester was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-5. Bebhinn Hunt showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Peadar Lester, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. Patty Scully took the ball and in the 35 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Bebhinn Hunt. Bebhinn Hunt dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-6. After a rather tough play, Ireland Monsters's Beollan Scully got a free kick in the 38th minute. Ireland Monsters's Bebhinn Hunt played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Peadar Lester in the 40th minute of play. After some careless play in the Ireland Monsters defense, Cormac McFrank kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Bebhinn Hunt. The Ireland Monsters fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Bebhinn Hunt should have stopped the shot. The Ireland Monsters players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Miseal AFC were winning 0-7.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Derrick McBjarton was the one to do the kick off. Bebhinn Hunt took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Peadar Lester, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Bebhinn Hunt was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Bell Dimson showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-8 in the 62 minute of play. After 65 played minutes Ireland Monsters got a freekick which was hit by Aron McAlphie. After 69 played minutes Peadar Lester rounded Ireland Monsters's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 0-9. 72 minutes into the match, Ireland Monsters's goal looked a bit too open when Cormac McFrank came free, but Bebhinn Hunt reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Through an outstanding action, after 73 minutes, Bebhinn Hunt successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Bell Dimson could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 79th minute of the match, but Bebhinn Hunt made a huge save. After a defensive mix-up in Ireland Monsters's zone, Brak Hunt stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Bebhinn Hunt came out of the goal and Brak Hunt tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Ireland Monsters's Bebhinn Hunt played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Peadar Lester in the 86th minute of play. In the 87th minute Cormac McFrank shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bebhinn Hunt saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 95 minutes into the match, Ireland Monsters's goalkeeper Bebhinn Hunt had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Peadar Lester. The Ireland Monsters fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Miseal AFC were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
