Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Edward Hutton started the match with the kick off. Fiachra McOliver hit a great freekick 5 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edward Hutton in the 8th minute of play forced Illanbaun's goalkeeper Barra Willson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Edward Hutton in the 11th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Barra Willson prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Benjamin McLaughlin hit a great freekick 13 minutes into the match. Pearse McPhil struck a weak shot in the 14th minute. Barra Willson didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Rockmills. Bodibeua Glen Crowe was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Geoffrey McBrand showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 20 minute of play. In the 23rd minute, Bow McJames hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Barra Willson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bow McJames in the 26th minute of play. Brandan McOliver hit a great freekick 30 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, Illanbaun's Bedilia Taylor got a free kick in the 35th minute. Illanbaun's Barra Willson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Coran McVictor in the 40th minute of play. 43 minutes into the game, Gealan McWill cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Barra Willson was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.
Geoffrey McBrand took the ball and in the 55 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Bodibeua Glen Crowe. Bodibeua Glen Crowe dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. Gealan McWill sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A hard shot 59 in the game by Edward Hutton from a close distance when the talented Barra Willson managed to make a qualified save. Illanbaun's players were relieved. 61 minutes into the game, Gealan McWill was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Rockmills's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Illanbaun the free kick. Bodibeua Glen Crowe made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Geoffrey McBrand in the 62nd minute of play. Bow McJames sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Pearse McPhil struck a weak shot in the 66th minute. In the 68th minute Brandan McOliver shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bodibeua Glen Crowe saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Bodibeua Glen Crowe showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Brandan McOliver in the 72nd minute of the match. Geoffrey McBrand hit a great freekick 73 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, Illanbaun's Brandan McOliver got a free kick in the 78th minute. With his leg Barra Willson managed to avoid a goal in the 81stth minute, when Rockmills's Edward Hutton fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. After a rather tough play, Rockmills's Bran Dalton got a free kick in the 84th minute. Bodibeua Glen Crowe made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gealan Rogers in the 86th minute of play. 89 minutes into the match, Bedilia Taylor notched a goal, 3-1, to the right of Rockmills's Bodibeua Glen Crowe. Bodibeua Glen Crowe was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The Illanbaun support was delighted with a win in a match that could easily have ended differently.
