In the 11th match minute, White Eagle AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Harrington Dempsey to maneuver through the defense. If Egan McSteven had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Egan McSteven sent away a hard shot on goal in the 15th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Gearard Ryan might have been able to make a better finish in the 18th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Kennedy Gough. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Gearard Ryan ran back to his position shaking his head. 18 minutes into the match, Rawros's goalkeeper Kennedy Gough had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Brine John. Rawros's Conaill McDecland was substituted for Boru Rutherford. In the 22nd minute, Eoghan Ferguson got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 24th minute, Dermod Murphy got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Brine John took the ball and in the 26 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Kennedy Gough. Kennedy Gough dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. Rawros's Kennedy Gough proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 38th minute of the match, managed to save Rawros from getting a goal against them. Eoghan Ferguson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Baran Dunne having to interfere. The supporters of Rawros booed when White Eagle AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. Harrington Dempsey didn't get a good kick on the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Beagan McFrancise during the 47th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 47th minute, Beagan McFrancise hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 49th minute of the match Boylan Doherty shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Kennedy Gough showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

Egan McSteven could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 61st minute of the match, but Baran Dunne made a huge save. The audience thought a goal was coming when Egan McSteven got free with Baran Dunne in the 63rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. With 67 minutes on the clock, Conaill McDecland commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. After 67 played minutes Rawros got a freekick which was hit by Conaill McDecland. In the 69th minute, Brine John got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Egan McSteven fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Baran Dunne having to interfere. 80 minutes into the match, Rawros's goal looked a bit too open when Gearard Ryan came free, but Kennedy Gough reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 82nd minute Berchan McOliver shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kennedy Gough saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gearard Ryan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kennedy Gough having to interfere. White Eagle AFC's Baran Dunne proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 86th minute of the match, managed to save White Eagle AFC from getting a goal against them. Baran Dunne took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bricin Beckett, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Rawros's attentive Bricin Beckett managed to snatch the ball when Berchan McOliver made a throw-in in the 91st minute of the game. In the 92nd minute Bricin Beckett shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Baran Dunne saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 93rd minute Rawros were awarded a corner. Eoghan Ferguson went to the cornerflag to take it. A nice corner shot did that Eoghan Ferguson got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Baran Dunne quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. In the 95th match minute, Rawros was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bricin Beckett to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gearard Ryan in the 97th minute of play forced Rawros's goalkeeper Kennedy Gough to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 98 minutes into the game, one of Rawros:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. In the 100th minute there was a penalty for White Eagle AFC. Boylan Doherty stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Kennedy Gough. 3-0. For all the effort they put into the match, the Rawros players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for White Eagle AFC.
