The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Renny McLian kicked well hit freekick during the 19th minute of the match. Brosnan Delaney made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Brion Glen Crowe in the 28th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 33rd minute, Derin Walker managed to get in a good position for a shot. Neves FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Derin Walker was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Bec Martyn breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Derin Walker fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bec Martyn having to interfere. Bec Martyn made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Britain McVictor in the 38th minute of play. In the 44th minute Britain McVictor shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bec Martyn saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Bohannon Kelly stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Britain McVictor took the ball and in the 56 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Bec Martyn. Bec Martyn dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. The audience was convinced that Britain McVictor's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Bec Martyn was relentless in the 63rd minute of the game. Bec Martyn showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Britain McVictor in the 66th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Brion Glen Crowe got free with Brosnan Delaney in the 67th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Brion Glen Crowe struck a weak shot in the 70th minute. Brosnan Delaney didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Drom Utd. Drom Utd's Bec Martyn played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Britain McVictor in the 80th minute of play. If Derin Walker had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Derin Walker received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 94th minute. Bec Martyn tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Britain McVictor fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bec Martyn having to interfere. When the referee ended the match the Neves FC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
