Bellaghy McVictor tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Bohannon Kelly had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. In the 32nd minute, Beccan McWill hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 33 minutes into the game, Brasil Silke was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Graniamore's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Drom Utd the free kick. 34 minutes into the match, Drom Utd's Tiarnan Rutherford broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. With a little luck, Graniamore's Bellaghy McVictor got control of the ball when Brion Glen Crowe tried to sneak it across the goal line. The supporters of Drom Utd booed when Graniamore was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 37 match minutes in a wonderful position. Brasil Silke didn't get a good kick on the ball. Bellaghy McVictor showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bohannon Kelly in the 38th minute of the match. Renny McLian charged in rather forcefully in the 41st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Renny McLian the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Renny McLian kicked well hit freekick during the 41st minute of the match. Bairrionn Molloy was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 42nd played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Renny McLian was shown his second yellow card after 43 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. Tiarnan MaCollin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bec Martyn having to interfere. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Tiarnan MaCollin could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 61st minute of the match, but Bec Martyn made a huge save. Brion Glen Crowe struck a weak shot in the 67th minute. Bellaghy McVictor didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Drom Utd. Tiarnan MaCollin could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 69th minute of the match, but Bec Martyn made a huge save. After some fancy dribbling in the 72nd minute, Tiarnan MaCollin managed to get in a good position for a shot. Graniamore's supporters rose to their feet, but Tiarnan MaCollin was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Bec Martyn breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Brion Glen Crowe had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Bola Hughes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Tiarnan MaCollin struck a weak shot in the 79th minute. Bec Martyn didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Graniamore. Graniamore's Tiarnan MaCollin got a good chance for a goal in the 81st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The supporters of Graniamore booed when Drom Utd was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 87 match minutes in a wonderful position. Brion Glen Crowe didn't get a good kick on the ball. 90 minutes into the match, Drom Utd's Brion Glen Crowe sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Bellaghy McVictor narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After 93 played minutes Drom Utd got a freekick which was hit by Beary McGlenn. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Drom Utd had won after a very even match.
