Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Don McSteve made the kick off which started today's match. Terrence Johnson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Britain McVictor, who was totally free with the ball in the 3rd minute. 5 minutes into the match, Neves FC's goal looked a bit too open when Don McSteve came free, but Brosnan Delaney reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Brosnan Delaney made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Don McSteve in the 7th minute of play. Neves FC's Derin Walker got a good chance for a goal in the 16th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Shea Moran fell near the penalty area in the 17th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Cavetown's protests and gave Shea Moran a yellow card for diving instead. Shea Moran kicked well hit freekick during the 17th minute of the match. In the 21st minute, Neves FC's Britain McVictor ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Terrence Johnson. Terrence Johnson yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-0. Brosnan Delaney showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Don McSteve in the 24th minute of the match. The supporters of Neves FC booed when Cavetown was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 33 match minutes in a wonderful position. Quinn McPeter didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Britain McVictor in the 34th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Terrence Johnson saved Cavetown from getting behind. Derin Walker fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Terrence Johnson having to interfere. In the 42nd minute, Berrigan Sheridan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Britain McVictor to strike the kick off in the second half. Brosnan Delaney showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Shea Moran, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. When Derin Walker came up free with the goalie in the 63rd minute, the Neves FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Derin Walker couldn't finish the play. Britain McVictor received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 66th minute. Terrence Johnson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The goalkeeper, Brosnan Delaney, was totally fooled by Cavetown's Trien Cassin, who 69 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. Derin Walker recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 75th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Banan John hit a great freekick 76 minutes into the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Derin Walker in the 80th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Terrence Johnson prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Reidy McSteve's late challenge caught a Neves FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Reidy McSteve helped the player get up and apologised. In the 81st minute, one of Cavetown:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Cavetown. In the 87thth minute of the game Don McSteve who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Neves FC's Brosnan Delaney was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Cavetown's Baodan McJohnny got a good chance for a goal in the 90th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in Neves FC's zone, Baodan McJohnny stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Brosnan Delaney came out of the goal and Baodan McJohnny tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 100th minute Don McSteve shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Brosnan Delaney saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. For all the effort they put into the match, the Cavetown players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Neves FC.
