If Brennon John had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Boots To Asses's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave LandCracker FC the free kick. A collision led to Boots To Asses getting a freekick after 27 minutes play. After a defensive mix-up in Boots To Asses's zone, Blaithmeic Hutton stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Theodore McStephen came out of the goal and Blaithmeic Hutton tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A collision led to Boots To Asses getting a freekick after 38 minutes play. Cianán Rutherford hit a great ball. After having played for 46 minutes, Bil Quinnless managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Boots To Asses's supporters crossed their fingers, but Bil Quinnless was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Críostóir Cronin made a kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Reidy McDonald in the 53rd minute of play forced LandCracker FC's goalkeeper Terrence Todd to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 55th match minute, Boots To Asses was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Críostóir Cronin to maneuver through the defense. In the 56th minute of the match Brennon John sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Theodore McStephen skillfully saved the ball. Theodore McStephen showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Blaithmeic Hutton, who was totally free with the ball in the 57th minute. Boots To Asses's Theodore McStephen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Blaithmeic Hutton in the 61st minute of play. Theodore McStephen showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Blaithmeic Hutton, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute. In the 79th minute, Blaithmeic Hutton ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Theodore McStephen was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. 84 minutes into the match, Boots To Asses's goal looked a bit too open when Brennon John came free, but Theodore McStephen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 87thth minute of the game Blaithmeic Hutton who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Boots To Asses's Theodore McStephen was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Robert Costello during the 88th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card.
