One of REAPERS:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Rahtnnane:s goal. Baird Dimson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Blayne Ryan in the 7th minute of the match. In the 10th minute the ball was on its way in behind Rahtnnane's goalkeeper Brannon McGlynn, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Blayne Ryan recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 12th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Blaine Hughes came up free with the goalie in the 13th minute, the Rahtnnane fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Blaine Hughes couldn't finish the play. Treno Frankson struck a weak shot in the 23rd minute. Brannon McGlynn didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for REAPERS. 26 minutes into the match, Rahtnnane's goal looked a bit too open when Becan Mulvihill came free, but Brannon McGlynn reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Baird Dimson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Blayne Ryan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 30 minutes in the game Braon McCready got a great opportunity which he missed by shooting outside the goal. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Rahtnnane reached it. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Blayne Ryan in the 48th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Baird Dimson prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Blayne Ryan to strike the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Becan Mulvihill in the 97th minute of play forced Rahtnnane's goalkeeper Brannon McGlynn to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
