Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Oughteragh United's Beara McAaron started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. A hard shot 3 in the game by Braon McMichel from a close distance when the talented Bree Keegan managed to make a qualified save. Oughteragh United's players were relieved. After 5 minutes of play, Taghmon's Braon McMichel made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Bree Keegan was left in no man's land by his defense there! Braon McMichel's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 11thth minute, Bree Keegan skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. After having played for 12 minutes, Kevis Harkin managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Taghmon's supporters crossed their fingers, but Kevis Harkin was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. With a little luck, Oughteragh United's Bree Keegan got control of the ball when Braon McMichel tried to sneak it across the goal line. Braon McMichels short, quick shot in the 15thth minute got Bree Keegan to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Braon McMichel did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 4-0 to the left of a surprised Bree Keegan 23 minutes into the match. 32 minutes into the match, Taghmon's goal looked a bit too open when Davie Colwell came free, but Healey Silke reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 37th match minute, Oughteragh United was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Teris Caffey to maneuver through the defense. When the match had gone on for 39 minutes, Braon McMichel put it in 5-0 from a short distance just to the right of Bree Keegan. In the 44th minute, Berrach Dalton made a precise shot to the right of Bree Keegan. Oughteragh United's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 6-0.

The wind increased when Braon McMichel made the kick off in the second half. When Taghmon's Braon McMichel in the 55th minute got a chance for a shot 55th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Oughteragh United's goalie prevented a goal. Bree Keegan stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Braon McMichel's shot from short distance in the 56th minute. Oughteragh United's Bree Keegan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Berrach Dalton in the 57th minute of play. After 58 minutes, Teris Caffey mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Oughteragh United and the Taghmon players grew even worse after the yellow card. Bree Keegan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Braon McMichel, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. 64 minutes into the match, Taghmon's Braon McMichel sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Bree Keegan narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Berrach Dalton struck a weak shot in the 66th minute. Bree Keegan didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Taghmon. Eamonn Hughes kicked well hit freekick during the 69th minute of the match. Conleth Tierney fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bree Keegan having to interfere. Healey Silke showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Beara McAaron in the 75th minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Braon McMichel's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Bree Keegan was relentless in the 81st minute of the game. In the 84th minute of the match Arnold Willson shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Bree Keegan showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Conleth Tierney recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 88th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Braon McMichel scored 7-0 in the 90th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Bree Keegan, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot.
