Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Antaine Branson kicked off to start the match. Brenna McWillie fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 5th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Paud Todd having to interfere. Antaine Branson struck a weak shot in the 6th minute. Paud Todd didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Earlstown. Brenna McWillie took the ball and in the 8 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Paud Todd. Paud Todd dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. A collision led to Earlstown getting a freekick after 11 minutes play. Bantry MaCollin hit a great ball. The supporters of TheIdealAttack booed when Earlstown was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. Beag McOliver didn't get a good kick on the ball. TheIdealAttack's Randal McSteven couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 13th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Earlstown. When TheIdealAttack's Lorcan McPaul in the 16th minute got a chance for a shot 16th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Earlstown's goalie prevented a goal. In the 17th match minute, TheIdealAttack was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lorcan McPaul to maneuver through the defense. Lorcan McPaul fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Beineon Duggan having to interfere. Beineon Duggan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lorcan McPaul in the 24th minute of play. Brenna McWillie received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 33rd minute. Paud Todd tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Brenna McWillie had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Paud Todd came out of the goal in the 39th minute to try and stop a shot by Earlstown's Antaine Branson. But to his dismay, Antaine Branson quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Randal McSteven's late challenge caught a Earlstown's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Randal McSteven helped the player get up and apologised. After 43 played minutes TheIdealAttack got a freekick which was hit by Randal McSteven. Antaine Branson recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 44th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 46 played minutes TheIdealAttack got a freekick which was hit by Rory Deery. After a rather tough play, TheIdealAttack's Rory Deery got a free kick in the 47th minute. The audience was convinced that Antaine Branson's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Paud Todd was relentless in the 48th minute of the game.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Lorcan McPaul made a kick off. 57 minutes into the match, Lorcan McPaul notched a goal, 1-3, to the right of Earlstown's Beineon Duggan. Beineon Duggan was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Antaine Branson in the 64th minute of play forced TheIdealAttack's goalkeeper Paud Todd to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Enda Cooney during the 65th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 65th minute, Enda Cooney hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Brenna McWillie received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 66th minute. Paud Todd tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Paud Todd stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Antaine Branson's shot from short distance in the 68th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Brenna McWillie got free with Paud Todd in the 74th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Antaine Branson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 87 minutes of play Earlstown's Beag McOliver was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. In the 87th minute, Beag McOliver hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Aengus Cassin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Earlstown's Beineon Duggan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lorcan McPaul in the 92nd minute of play. In the 93rd minute, Brenna McWillie ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Paud Todd was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-5. Earlstown played a much better game than TheIdealAttack and deserved their victory. The TheIdealAttack players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
