Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Gilbert Morrison kicked off to start the match. After 13 played minutes Corvoley got a freekick which was hit by Berk McBrandon. Geoffrey McLian recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 15th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 16 minutes into the match, Corvoley's goal looked a bit too open when Donavon McPaul came free, but Gerard Deery reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Daniel Perth fell near the penalty area in the 17th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Corvoley's protests and gave Daniel Perth a yellow card for diving instead. Daniel Perth hit a great freekick 17 minutes into the match. In the 18th minute of the match Kieran Dimson shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Gerard Deery showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 19th match minute, Corvoley was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Berk McBrandon to maneuver through the defense. 30 minutes into the match, Corvoley's goal looked a bit too open when Geoffrey McLian came free, but Gerard Deery reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gilian Dunne got a throw-in 43 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Gilbert Morrison. Corvoley's attentive Bairthmead Holt managed to snatch the ball when Kieran Dimson made a throw-in in the 45th minute of the game. Bairthmead Holt blasted a shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Irwin Costello having to make a save. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Bairthmead Holt to make the kick off. Berk McBrandon charged in rather forcefully in the 55th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Berk McBrandon the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Durrus booed when Corvoley was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 55 match minutes in a wonderful position. Berk McBrandon didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 60th minute of the game Gilian Dunne made a throw-in which Gilbert Morrison played forward. In the 62nd minute of the match, Geoffrey McLian got a very nice opportunity to score, but Gerard Deery was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. After a rather tough play, Durrus's Darick Benson got a free kick in the 68th minute. Gilian Dunne got a throw-in 73 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Gilbert Morrison. Corvoley's attentive Bairthmead Holt managed to snatch the ball when Gilian Dunne made a throw-in in the 75th minute of the game. Gilian Dunne made in the 77th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Gilbert Morrison immediately put the ball in play. Quinton Ramsey fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Irwin Costello having to interfere. Berk McBrandon sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After a rather tough play, Durrus's Geoffrey McLian got a free kick in the 88th minute. Bairthmead Holt sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. If Bairthmead Holt had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
