Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Logan Kirby kicked off to start the match. Kilmanaheen AFC's Kieran Robinson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Barhart McJon in the 4th minute of play. Kieran Robinson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Harley Frankson in the 5th minute of the match. Eoin McJames received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 6th minute. Lou Morrison tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 8 minutes into the match, Rossgeir's goal looked a bit too open when Logan Kirby came free, but Lou Morrison reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 15th minute Logan Kirby shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lou Morrison saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice moves Eoin McJames could shoot a difficult shot in the 16th minute, which Lou Morrison however easily saved by the left post. After having played for 21 minutes, Eoin McJames managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Kilmanaheen AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Eoin McJames was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Barhart McJon fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kieran Robinson having to interfere. Kieran Robinson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Harley Frankson, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. After a rather tough play, Kilmanaheen AFC's Boddibevve Robinson got a free kick in the 25th minute. After recieving a nice pass, Rossgeir's Samueil McDecland tried to score from far away in the 26th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. A collision led to Rossgeir getting a freekick after 28 minutes play. Samueil McDecland hit a great ball. Logan Kirby fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lou Morrison having to interfere. A collision led to Kilmanaheen AFC getting a freekick after 32 minutes play. Abbot Morrison hit a great ball. In the 37th minute, Eoin McJames got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Rossgeir's Lou Morrison proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 41st minute of the match, managed to save Rossgeir from getting a goal against them. The supporters of Kilmanaheen AFC booed when Rossgeir was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 43 match minutes in a wonderful position. Baodan Delaney didn't get a good kick on the ball. The long shot by Coileán McCollion in the 44th minute really tested Lou Morrison's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. In the 49thth minute of the game Logan Kirby who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Rossgeir's Lou Morrison was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Harley Frankson to strike the kick off in the second half. Barhart McJon received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 54th minute. Kieran Robinson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Logan Kirby fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lou Morrison having to interfere. 63 minutes into the match, Kilmanaheen AFC's goalkeeper Kieran Robinson had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Barhart McJon. When Benedict Morrison fell near the penalty area in the 65th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Kilmanaheen AFC's protests and gave Benedict Morrison a yellow card for diving instead. In the 65th minute, Benedict Morrison hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eoin McJames in the 70th minute of play forced Rossgeir's goalkeeper Lou Morrison to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 72nd minute Harley Frankson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kieran Robinson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 72nd match minute, Kilmanaheen AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bairrionn McIan to maneuver through the defense. Barhart McJon received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 80th minute. Kieran Robinson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Harley Frankson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 83 played minutes Kilmanaheen AFC got a freekick which was hit by Abbot Morrison. Eoin McJames struck a weak shot in the 89th minute. Lou Morrison didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Kilmanaheen AFC. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Logan Kirby in the 95th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Lou Morrison prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Kilmanaheen AFC fans cheered their team off the field, for while Rossgeir had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
