After 7 minutes of play, CKS Piast Cieszyn's Bree Prunty made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Kieran Robinson was left in no man's land by his defense there! Lou Cassin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Abbot Morrison in the 11th minute of the match. After 13 played minutes CKS Piast Cieszyn got a freekick which was hit by Bearach Frankson. Lou Cassin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Logan Kirby, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. Bree Prunty sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Logan Kirby came up free with the goalie in the 22nd minute, the Kilmanaheen AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Logan Kirby couldn't finish the play. After 23 minutes of play, Kilmanaheen AFC's Eoin McJames made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Lou Cassin was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 28th match minute, Kilmanaheen AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bairrionn McIan to maneuver through the defense. Kieran Robinson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 36 minutes into the match, CKS Piast Cieszyn's goal looked a bit too open when Eoin McJames came free, but Lou Cassin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Kilmanaheen AFC's Kieran Robinson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bree Prunty in the 38th minute of play. Bivadas Horgan hit a great freekick 48 minutes into the match. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

The wind increased when Logan Kirby made the kick off in the second half. In the 56th minute the ball was on its way in behind CKS Piast Cieszyn's goalkeeper Lou Cassin, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Bree Prunty might have been able to make a better finish in the 58th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Kieran Robinson. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Bree Prunty ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 66th minute of the match, Logan Kirby tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Lou Cassin saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. 68 minutes into the match, Bree Prunty had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Kieran Robinson. Kilmanaheen AFC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Bree Prunty was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-1. The supporters of CKS Piast Cieszyn booed when Kilmanaheen AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 72 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fiachra Moran didn't get a good kick on the ball. Kieran Robinson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ryland McGlenn in the 73rd minute of play. When Bowen Mullan fell near the penalty area in the 74th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Kilmanaheen AFC's protests and gave Bowen Mullan a yellow card for diving instead. After 75 played minutes Kilmanaheen AFC got a freekick which was hit by Bowen Mullan. In the 77th minute Abbot Morrison shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lou Cassin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Eoin McJames got free with Lou Cassin in the 79th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After a rather tough play, CKS Piast Cieszyn's Brannagh Branson got a free kick in the 80th minute. 3-2 became the score in the 82nd minute when Logan Kirby elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Bivadas Horgan took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 90th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Kieran Robinson. Kilmanaheen AFC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Ryland McGlenn sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. George McMichel blasted a shot towards the goal in the 97th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Kieran Robinson having to make a save. There was no doubt that CKS Piast Cieszyn were the better team. CKS Piast Cieszyn's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
