Eoin McJames fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 6th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Harkin Todd having to interfere. Logan Kirby received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 8th minute. Harkin Todd tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Logan Kirby had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Eoin McJames's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Harkin Todd read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 14th minute of play. 19 minutes into the match, Toom's goal looked a bit too open when Logan Kirby came free, but Harkin Todd reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Kilmanaheen AFC's Bairrionn McIan got a free kick in the 33rd minute. Carrig McGlynn was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 34th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Coileán McCollion hit a great freekick 35 minutes into the match. Blathma Moran was extremely unlucky when he, in the 39th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. If Logan Kirby had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Kilmanaheen AFC booed when Toom was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 46 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bardan McNamee didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 50thth minute of the game Logan Kirby who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Toom's Harkin Todd was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Blathma Moran to make the kick off. Blathma Moran received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. Kieran Robinson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Harkin Todd stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Logan Kirby's shot from short distance in the 69th minute. Pearce Gough struck a weak shot in the 74th minute. Kieran Robinson didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Toom. The supporters of Toom booed when Kilmanaheen AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 76 match minutes in a wonderful position. Benedict Morrison didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 77th minute the ball was on its way in behind Kilmanaheen AFC's goalkeeper Kieran Robinson, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 81 minutes into the match, Toom's goalkeeper Harkin Todd had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Eoin McJames. 85 minutes in the game, Logan Kirby fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Harkin Todd having to interfere. Harkin Todd made a fantastic save in the 86th minute, when Eoin McJames sent off a good shot on target. The crowd rose to their feet as Eoin McJames kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Harkin Todd. That made the score 0-1 in the 86 minute of play. Eoin McJames fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Harkin Todd having to interfere. Logan Kirby received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute. Harkin Todd tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Harkin Todd showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Logan Kirby in the 95th minute of the match. Logan Kirby sent away a hard shot on goal in the 99th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
