Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Beara McTom took the kick off in the first half of the match. After a rather tough play, Aghavas's Terrence Dalton got a free kick in the 2nd minute. Bohannon Horgan made a fantastic save in the 6th minute, when Torna Hunt sent off a good shot on target. 9 minutes into the match, Torna Hunt had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Bohannon Horgan. Flughany's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Torna Hunt was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. The crowd rose to their feet as Pearson Doherty kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Bohannon Horgan. That made the score 2-0 in the 14 minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 18th minute, Berkeley Lester managed to get in a good position for a shot. Flughany's supporters rose to their feet, but Berkeley Lester was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Dewayne Callaghan breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Flughany's Bohannon Horgan proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 20th minute of the match, managed to save Flughany from getting a goal against them. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pearson Doherty in the 21st minute of play forced Flughany's goalkeeper Bohannon Horgan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Bohannon Horgan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Beara McTom, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Seosamh Willson in the 25th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Dewayne Callaghan prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Dewayne Callaghan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Seosamh Willson, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. Dewayne Callaghan came out of the goal in the 31st minute to try and stop a shot by Flughany's Seosamh Willson. But to his dismay, Seosamh Willson quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. 33 minutes into the match, Aghavas's goal looked a bit too open when Seosamh Willson came free, but Dewayne Callaghan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 37th minute, Tierney Crowe managed to get in a good position for a shot. Flughany's supporters rose to their feet, but Tierney Crowe was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Dewayne Callaghan breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 38 minutes into the game, Flughany's Seosamh Willson nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Dewayne Callaghan made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-2. The crowd rose to their feet as Donal McBrand kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Bohannon Horgan. That made the score 3-2 in the 44 minute of play. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Seosamh Willson was the one to do the kick off. In the 51st minute, Flughany's Seosamh Willson dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 3-3. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Donal McBrand during the 55th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Donal McBrand kicked well hit freekick during the 55th minute of the match. If Tierney Crowe had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 60 minutes, Torna Hunt mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Aghavas and the Flughany players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Aghavas's Torna Hunt got a free kick in the 60th minute. After 61 played minutes, Flughany's Herich Lester shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Dewayne Callaghan came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Flughany reached it. Terrence Dalton hit a great freekick 64 minutes into the match. Through an outstanding action, after 68 minutes, Dewayne Callaghan successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Quinn McBjarton sent away a hard shot on goal in the 69th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Dewayne Callaghan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Seosamh Willson in the 73rd minute of the match. Bohannon Horgan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pearson Doherty in the 76th minute of play. After 81 played minutes, Flughany's Herich Lester shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Dewayne Callaghan came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Flughany reached it. Beara McTom took the ball and in the 84 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Bohannon Horgan. Bohannon Horgan dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-3. A collision led to Aghavas getting a freekick after 89 minutes play. Donal McBrand hit a great ball. In the 89th minute of the match Herich Lester sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Dewayne Callaghan skillfully saved the ball. Dewayne Callaghan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Seosamh Willson, who was totally free with the ball in the 96th minute.
