Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Damian Dalton started the match with the kick off. Rylee Hunt charged in rather forcefully in the 3rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Rylee Hunt the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 3rd match minute, forgotten Town was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rylee Hunt to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of Letterlough booed when forgotten Town was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 5 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rylee Hunt didn't get a good kick on the ball. Roland Dimson came out of the goal in the 11th minute to try and stop a shot by forgotten Town's Rylee Hunt. But to his dismay, Rylee Hunt quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Boynton Harkin made an important save on a dangerous shot by Reidy Lavine in the 18th minute. Gerard Harkin kicked well hit freekick during the 27th minute of the match. Damian Dalton sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to forgotten Town getting a freekick after 33 minutes play. Brann McWilliam hit a great ball. Eoin Callaghan kicked well hit freekick during the 35th minute of the match. In the 38th minute, Gerard Harkin ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Roland Dimson was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. Roland Dimson stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Rylee Hunt's shot from short distance in the 41st minute. Roland Dimson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rylee Hunt in the 42nd minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Damian Dalton in the 44th minute of play forced forgotten Town's goalkeeper Boynton Harkin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 45th minute, Desmond Barrett hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After the first half forgotten Town were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Gerard Harkin could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 52nd minute of the match, but Roland Dimson made a huge save. After 53 played minutes forgotten Town got a freekick which was hit by Gerard Harkin. In the 58th match minute, forgotten Town was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rylee Hunt to maneuver through the defense. In the 60th minute Brann McWilliam shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Roland Dimson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Bree Jameson fell near the penalty area in the 62nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored forgotten Town's protests and gave Bree Jameson a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to forgotten Town getting a freekick after 63 minutes play. Bree Jameson hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, Letterlough's Geoffrey Ramsey got a free kick in the 65th minute. Peter McOliver charged in rather forcefully in the 79th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. In the 83rdth minute of the game Reidy Lavine who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but forgotten Town's Boynton Harkin was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 88th minute Reidy Lavine shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Boynton Harkin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 89th minute Damian Dalton shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Boynton Harkin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Brann McWilliam sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Roland Dimson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Brann McWilliam in the 95th minute of the match. 96 minutes into the game, Desmond Barrett recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Roland Dimson. Desmond Barrett showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-3. The Letterlough supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching forgotten Town's performance. The match ended with a win for forgotten Town.
