Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Flughany's Seosamh Willson started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After a rather tough play, Flughany's Tierney Crowe got a free kick in the 3rd minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Seosamh Willson in the 5th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Gordan McTom saved Belvelly from getting behind. Austin McFrancise received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 8th minute. Bohannon Horgan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Roordan Mullan recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 10th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 11 minutes into the match, Austin McFrancise had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Bohannon Horgan. Flughany's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Austin McFrancise was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. 18 minutes into the match, Belvelly's goal looked a bit too open when Seosamh Willson came free, but Gordan McTom reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 19 minutes into the game, Flughany's Tierney Crowe nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Gordan McTom made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. After having played for 23 minutes, Roordan Mullan managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Belvelly's supporters crossed their fingers, but Roordan Mullan was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Roordan Mullan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 28th minute, Berchan McJon made a precise shot to the right of Bohannon Horgan. Flughany's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. Berchan McJon fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bohannon Horgan having to interfere. Gordan McTom showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Seosamh Willson in the 33rd minute of the match. In the 36th minute, Austin McFrancise left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Belvelly fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-1. After 39 played minutes Belvelly got a freekick which was hit by Booak Rogers. Tierney Crowe received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Gordan McTom tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Seosamh Willson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 43 minutes into the game, Roordan Mullan cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-1. Bohannon Horgan was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 4-1.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Austin McFrancise stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute, Austin McFrancise ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Bohannon Horgan was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-1. The audience thought a goal was coming when Tierney Crowe got free with Gordan McTom in the 55th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After having played for 56 minutes, Seosamh Willson managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Flughany's supporters crossed their fingers, but Seosamh Willson was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Blaine Gallagher hit a great freekick 59 minutes into the match. Herich Lester blasted a shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Gordan McTom having to make a save. 63 minutes into the match, Belvelly's goalkeeper Gordan McTom had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Seosamh Willson. The audience thought a goal was coming when Tierney Crowe got free with Gordan McTom in the 65th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 80 minutes into the match, Seosamh Willson notched a goal, 5-2, to the right of Belvelly's Gordan McTom. Gordan McTom was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Austin McFrancise in the 85th minute of play forced Flughany's goalkeeper Bohannon Horgan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 90th minute, Austin McFrancise made a precise shot to the right of Bohannon Horgan. Flughany's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 6-2. When Booak Rogers fell near the penalty area in the 95th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Belvelly's protests and gave Booak Rogers a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Belvelly's Booak Rogers got a free kick in the 95th minute. When the referee ended the match the Belvelly players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
