Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Aghavas's Beara McTom started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Tirloch McBrandon received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 3rd minute. Dewayne Callaghan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Aghavas's Beara McTom in the 7th minute got a chance for a shot 7th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Foxfield's goalie prevented a goal. After a rather tough play, Foxfield's Breaghdha Hunt got a free kick in the 7th minute. Foxfield's Quinn Moran got a good chance for a goal in the 12th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in Aghavas's zone, Baoithin Tierney stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Dewayne Callaghan came out of the goal and Baoithin Tierney tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pearson Doherty in the 16th minute of play forced Foxfield's goalkeeper Royan Ryan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Royan Ryan was out of position in the 17 minute of play, and Donal McBrand capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Donal McBrand really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. When Foxfield's Quinn Moran in the 21st minute got a chance for a shot 21st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Aghavas's goalie prevented a goal. After 25 minutes, Quinn Moran made it 1-1 with a short kick to the right side. Aghavas's Dewayne Callaghan tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 28th match minute, Aghavas was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Donal McBrand to maneuver through the defense. 30 minutes into the match, Sean McJohnny had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Dewayne Callaghan. Aghavas's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Sean McJohnny was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2. When the match had gone on for 37 minutes, Quinn Moran put it in 1-3 from a short distance just to the right of Dewayne Callaghan.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Quinn Moran made a kick off. 53 minutes into the match, Foxfield's goal looked a bit too open when Torna Hunt came free, but Royan Ryan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Dewayne Callaghan stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Quinn Moran's shot from short distance in the 59th minute. When Baoithin Tierney came up free with the goalie in the 61st minute, the Foxfield fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Baoithin Tierney couldn't finish the play. The Foxfield fans' excitement grew in the 62nd match minute when Foxfield's Quinn Moran looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-4 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. After 66 minutes of play, Aghavas's Torna Hunt made it 2-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Royan Ryan was left in no man's land by his defense there! Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Quinn Moran in the 70th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Dewayne Callaghan prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Blair Lavine kicked well hit freekick during the 71st minute of the match. Royan Ryan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pearson Doherty, who was totally free with the ball in the 75th minute. Foxfield's Royan Ryan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Beara McTom in the 77th minute of play. Quinn Moran fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dewayne Callaghan having to interfere. Donal McBrand recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 85th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Sean McJohnny had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Arthur Molloy took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 90th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Dewayne Callaghan. Aghavas's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. The nice shot from Quinn Moran in the 94thth minute just in front of the goal should have ended in point on the board, but Dewayne Callaghan had a great feel for the game and superbly saved the ball from getting in by the left post.
