After 3 played minutes Carrickmore got a freekick which was hit by Bren Robinson. Oliver Palmer acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 7th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Don Frankson. Kindrohid's Oliver Palmer proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 9th minute of the match, managed to save Kindrohid from getting a goal against them. Branson Gollogley succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-0 in the 14th playminute. Bercan McIan could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 17th minute of the match, but Oliver Palmer made a huge save. In the 22nd minute Batt Rogers shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Paudraig Johnson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 23 played minutes Carrickmore got a freekick which was hit by Don Frankson. If Batt Rogers had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 28th minute, Branson Gollogley ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Oliver Palmer was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. Oliver Palmer took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Breanainn Doherty, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Geary Benson kicked well hit freekick during the 34th minute of the match. Branson Gollogley could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 36th minute of the match, but Oliver Palmer made a huge save. Kindrohid's Oliver Palmer proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 41st minute of the match, managed to save Kindrohid from getting a goal against them. Geary Benson kicked well hit freekick during the 41st minute of the match. In the 44th minute of the match, Bren Robinson tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Oliver Palmer saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Batt Rogers took the ball and in the 45 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Paudraig Johnson. Paudraig Johnson dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

Phelim McLaughlin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Paudraig Johnson having to interfere. Kindrohid's Oliver Palmer played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Brefni McJohn in the 55th minute of play. In the 66th minute, Bercan McIan made a precise shot to the right of Oliver Palmer. Kindrohid's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-1. Brefni McJohn took the ball and in the 71 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Oliver Palmer. Oliver Palmer dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-1. In the 74th minute, Kindrohid's Batt Rogers dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 4-2. Hugh McDecland hit a great freekick 77 minutes into the match. When Carrickmore's Breanainn Doherty in the 79th minute got a chance for a shot 79th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Kindrohid's goalie prevented a goal. Oliver Palmer took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Branson Gollogley, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Kindrohid's Oliver Palmer played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Branson Gollogley in the 83rd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Breanainn Doherty in the 85th minute of play forced Kindrohid's goalkeeper Oliver Palmer to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Kindrohid's Batt Rogers slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Paudraig Johnson. That made the score 4-3 after 89 minutes of play. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Carrickmore fully deserved thier win.
