Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Cianán Perth started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Bree McPeter's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Bradain McCready firmly grabbed it by the left post. Bree McPeter's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Bradain McCready read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 7th minute of play. Cloonaquin's Bradain McCready played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bree McPeter in the 16th minute of play. In the 18th minute Cianán Perth shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Beglan McCready saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 24th minute, Coileán McNamee hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cianán Perth in the 27th minute of play forced Briskil Utd's goalkeeper Beglan McCready to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 28 minutes had been played when some careless play by Briskil Utd's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Pauric McTom was slow to take the kick. During this time Cloonaquin's players had a chance to rest. Cianán Perth sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Cianán Perth received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Beglan McCready tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Nolen Deery hit a great freekick 39 minutes into the match.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Bree McPeter made a kick off. 64 minutes into the match, Cianán Perth had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Beglan McCready. Briskil Utd's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Cianán Perth was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Cianán Perth's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 73rdth minute, Beglan McCready skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Cianán Perth hit a great freekick 77 minutes into the match. Bree McPeter took the ball and in the 80 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Bradain McCready. Bradain McCready dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. Cianán Perth recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 84th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Briskil Utd's Beglan McCready proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 86th minute of the match, managed to save Briskil Utd from getting a goal against them. Cianán Perth could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 88th minute of the match, but Beglan McCready made a huge save. Coileán McNamee kicked well hit freekick during the 94th minute of the match. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the Briskil Utd players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
