The audience thought a goal was coming when Beolagh McFrank got free with Beehan Ghee in the 10th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Beehan Ghee took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Brakawn McNamee, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Berach McNamee fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pauric Coyle having to interfere. Coran McJames hit a great freekick 26 minutes into the match. In the 32nd minute, Brakawn McNamee made a precise shot to the right of Beehan Ghee. Killasser FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. Beehan Ghee showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Brakawn McNamee, who was totally free with the ball in the 43rd minute. Beehan Ghee made an important save on a dangerous shot by Beolagh McFrank in the 45th minute. 46 minutes into the match, Killasser FC's goalkeeper Beehan Ghee had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Beolagh McFrank.

Killasser FC's Beehan Ghee played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Brakawn McNamee in the 61st minute of play. Pauric Coyle stood somewhat misplaced when Ryleigh McLaughlin came free in front of goal and shot 2-2 to the left of him in the 63 minute. In the 66th minute, Artt Molloy got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Ryleigh McLaughlin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Beehan Ghee showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Brakawn McNamee in the 72nd minute of the match. Pauric Coyle made a fantastic save in the 76th minute, when Ryleigh McLaughlin sent off a good shot on target. Killasser FC's Ryleigh McLaughlin got a good chance for a goal in the 78th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Beehan Ghee showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Brakawn McNamee, who was totally free with the ball in the 81st minute. Ryleigh McLaughlin might have been able to make a better finish in the 84th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Pauric Coyle. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Bard Crowe charged in rather forcefully in the 92nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Bard Crowe the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 92nd match minute, Dundalk was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bard Crowe to maneuver through the defense. Pauric Coyle was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 93rd minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Berach McNamee. After a rather tough play, Killasser FC's Ainnle MaCollin got a free kick in the 95th minute.
