Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Breanainn Doherty started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. After 2 minutes, Bercan McIan mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Carrickmore and the Drumaville players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 2nd minute, Bercan McIan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Carrickmore's Paudraig Johnson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Teigue McPeter in the 3rd minute of play. After a rather tough play, Carrickmore's Brefni McJohn got a free kick in the 4th minute. A collision led to Drumaville getting a freekick after 9 minutes play. Heron Glen Crowe hit a great ball. In the 10th minute of the match Bradon Kirby shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Beara Glen Crowe showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bren Robinson in the 13th minute of play forced Drumaville's goalkeeper Beara Glen Crowe to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Teigue McPeter hit a great freekick 17 minutes into the match. Beara Glen Crowe made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Breanainn Doherty in the 19th minute of play. Bailey Cooney blasted a shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Paudraig Johnson having to make a save. Bailey Cooney fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Paudraig Johnson having to interfere. In the 27th minute, Branson Gollogley got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a rather tough play, Carrickmore's Don Frankson got a free kick in the 29th minute. When Drumaville's Teigue McPeter in the 32nd minute got a chance for a shot 32nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Carrickmore's goalie prevented a goal. The audience was convinced that Teigue McPeter's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Paudraig Johnson was relentless in the 36th minute of the game.

Heron Glen Crowe charged in rather forcefully in the 53rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Heron Glen Crowe the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Drumaville's Beara Glen Crowe played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Branson Gollogley in the 54th minute of play. The supporters of Drumaville booed when Carrickmore was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 55 match minutes in a wonderful position. Don Frankson didn't get a good kick on the ball. Bailey Cooney sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 62 minutes into the match, Drumaville's goal looked a bit too open when Branson Gollogley came free, but Beara Glen Crowe reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 63rd minute Branson Gollogley shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Beara Glen Crowe saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Beara Glen Crowe showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bren Robinson in the 66th minute of the match. 74 minutes into the match, Drumaville's goal looked a bit too open when Branson Gollogley came free, but Beara Glen Crowe reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Kealan McNamara kicked well hit freekick during the 76th minute of the match. In the 82nd minute, Bren Robinson left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Carrickmore fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. Bailey Cooney recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 96th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Carrickmore's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
